Something wrong, or just want to ask? Write to marbelscreator@gmail.com and say which device and which iOS or Android version you are on — that is usually enough to find the problem.
Progress is saved on the device, not to an account, so deleting the app deletes it and a new phone starts fresh. There is no way to recover it from our side, because we never had a copy.
Tap the coin counter, on the main menu or in the shop, and use Restore Purchases at the bottom. That asks Apple or Google Play what your account owns and re-grants it. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of the purchase.
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps.
On iPhone, answer Ask App Not to Track when iOS asks, or change it later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The adverts are then chosen at random instead of for you, and nothing else about the game changes. In Europe and the UK there is also an Ad Preferences button in the game's own Settings panel, which reopens the consent form. On Android, reset or delete the advertising ID in the phone's settings, under Privacy → Ads (on some phones, Google → Ads).
See the privacy policy. The short version: everything the game saves about you stays on your device. The only thing that leaves it by itself is what Google needs to choose the adverts; the play log in Settings is sent only if you email it to us yourself.
